Google on Wednesday 5th February has launched a new Google search based services, one which will help users in directly recharging their mobile phones from a Google search.
The feature is currently only enabled for Android users. The feature has prepaid packs from all major telecom Giants – Airtel, Vodafone-Idea, BSNL and Reliance Jio. The new Google update will not only facilitate the process of you recharging your mobile phone number but will also help in recharging another person’s prepaid plan.
How To Use This Feature?
Carry out a Google search for, ‘prepaid mobile recharge’, ‘sim recharge’ and other relevant keywords. The results for the following keywords will then show a recharge section, wherein users will be expected to fill the columns like mobile number, Sim and operator. Going forward, the user will click on ‘Browse Plans’, and then with the help of Google’s latest update, all the plans available by that operator will be showcased.
After the user fills all the column, they are given a bunch of offers from all the providers who can facilitate the process. Google’s latest update then allow the user to select a provider of there choice. Providers like Google Pay, FreeCharge, MobiKwik and Paytm currently listed, and operators like BSNL, Vodafone-Idea, Reliance Jio and Airtel are presently included in this Google’s latest update.
